These terms apply to your use of gotitcoupons.com and to every order placed with Got It Coupons (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them on behalf of your business.
We sell digital and physical gift vouchers of third-party brands to businesses, for use in corporate gifting, employee rewards, client gifting and channel incentives. We are a reseller. Each voucher is issued by its brand.
Our services are for businesses. The person placing the order confirms that they are authorised to act for their business.
Digital vouchers are delivered by email, SMS or account dashboard. Physical cards are dispatched to the address you give us. Delivery time can vary with the brand, voucher type, order size, location and when payment is confirmed. We share the expected timeline with your quote or order confirmation and keep you updated if it changes. Please check recipient details before you confirm, as vouchers sent to details you provided cannot be recalled.
Each voucher is subject to its brand’s terms and conditions, including validity period, where it can be used and any restrictions. These terms are shared with every voucher. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Expired vouchers cannot be reissued or extended unless the brand allows it.
If you share recipient details with us, you confirm that you are allowed to share them for voucher delivery, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We use them only as described in our Privacy policy.

You must not use our website or vouchers for any unlawful purpose, resell vouchers without our written permission, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to describe the vouchers we sell. All other content on this website belongs to Got It Coupons.
We are responsible for delivering valid vouchers as ordered. Brands are responsible for honouring their vouchers. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
For complaints, contact our grievance officer at support@gotitcoupons.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days. For anything else, email business@gotitcoupons.com.
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
