Refund and cancellation

Gift vouchers work like cash. Once a voucher is issued it can be used straight away, so we cannot take it back.

1. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once vouchers have been issued. If you need to change an order before vouchers are issued, email business@gotitcoupons.com straight away and we will help if we can.

2. Refunds

All sales are final. Payments for issued vouchers are non-refundable. Please check the voucher value, brand, validity and recipient details before you confirm your order.

3. When we will fix things

• Voucher not delivered: if a voucher does not reach a recipient within the timeline we confirmed for your order, tell us and we will resend it.
• Voucher does not work: if a voucher is invalid or rejected by the brand when first used, and it has not been used or expired, tell us within 7 days and we will replace it.
• Payment taken but order not processed: we will refund the full amount to the original payment method within 7 working days.

4. How to raise an issue

Email support@gotitcoupons.com with your order number and the voucher details. We usually reply within one business day. Replies can take longer on weekends, public holidays and during peak festive periods. If you are not satisfied, contact our grievance officer at support@gotitcoupons.com.
